Mike Goldstein

Mike Goldstein is co-founder of Center For Teen Flourishing. He was the founder of a Boston charter school, called Match, which became an innovation center, studying High Dosage Tutoring, teacher training, and more. He later helped scale the the world's largest network of low cost private schools. Mike writes for the journal Education Next; podcasts about homeschooling and microschooling; and collaborates with Nobel Prize-winning economists to measure program effectiveness. He and his wife Pru live outside Boston. Mike likes tennis with their teenage son, volleyball-watching of - and cooking with - their teenage daughter, basketball with his Dad-Joke-Making friends, and not-quite-fetch with their 5 year old doodle, Grizzly. He has served on many advisory boards, including the National Council on Teacher Quality, Croft Schools, and transition teams for Governors Deval Patrick (D) and Mitt Romney (R).

Sean Geraghty

Sean Geraghty has spent his career helping teens thrive. As a former Chief Academic Officer, he transformed outcomes for thousands of students across diverse communities. As a high school math teacher in Chicago, his favorite students were the strugglers.

Sean launched Reset Teen Coaching to help ADHD strugglers, combining his deep educational expertise with practical strategies and low-key vibes. He helps teens build confidence, manage screen time effectively, strengthen social connections, and develop the skills needed for long-term success. Sean lives in Rhode Island with his wife and three children, the youngest of whom is obsessed with eating carbs from Three Pigs Bakery.
